Maria's Cantina opened its doors on Nov 13, 2012. Maria was born and raised in south Mexico ( Acayucan, Veracruz) and moved to  St Croix in 2010.  Her dream was always to own her place and show some of her favorite dishes to the local people of St Croix and the visitors. We are so proud of our products, we use only fresh ingredients to make all our sauces, from the red "Enchilada" sauce to the spicy hot sauces made at the cantina. You can never go wrong with tamales on Fridays, taco Tuesday special, fish Fridays, Wednesday enchiladas, Saturday quesadilla specials or Thursday Mexican Pizza. 

 Lobster queso dip is one of the local favorites, so if you see it on the menu order when available. 

Margaritas are made with fresh juices, we have a great variety of flavors from strawberry to fresh tamarins or watermelon. 

Maria's is a great spot to come with family or friends and have great drinks and good food.
